Betterlife - The Diary Game

Every day now the heat of summer is slowly increasing. Recently it has been decided to suspend all the educational institutions of our country for the next few days. As my room is on the top floor, it feels very hot at night, which has often disturbed my sleep lately. Anyway my new day started with a beautiful clear morning.

After having breakfast, I opened my laptop and finished my usual work on Steemit. After a while, my mother brought pineapple chunks for me on the desk. This week I went on a trip to the highlands and I brought these pineapples from there.

The original taste of pineapples in the market is reduced due to ripening with formalin, but the pineapples from where I got them were very crisp and very sweet in taste. As a seasonal fruit, this is my first time eating pineapple this year. My mother added a small amount of chili powder and salt to bring out the flavor.

Anyway I finished all my work and got ready because I have to go to the bank. Sunday was the first day of bank working day and I had some payments from scrap and copper buyers and I reached my desired bank to clear the checks and some deposits.

I left the bank after completing all the transactions. It was almost mid-afternoon and the sun was directly above my head and dehydration is likely at this time, so we should drink enough water.

While walking I came in front of a lemon juice seller's. I noticed that most of the pedestrians around were trying to quench their thirst by drinking lemonade. I also took a glass of cold lemonade for myself. This is a very good drink and cost only 5 Bdt/0.04$ Usd as it was just water mixed with a little lemon juice and sugar.

However, after finishing all the work outside, I spent the afternoon time at home. I checked the weather online and saw that the temperature reached around 38 degree celsius which means that this number may go higher in the coming days.

In the evening I took out the box of ice cream from our fridge. Although the box was almost at the end I took a small amount. This was vanilla flavor and I like this flavor more in Ice cream.

In the night we had a neighbor's daughter's wedding where I attended the function on behalf of my family. The event was held at a community center which is one of the top community centers in the city.

After having dinner there, I met my friend Emon who was also invited there. The entire community center was air-conditioned and the decorations were eye-catching. After exchanging views with many people at the function, I returned home.

Before going to the bed I brushed my teeth then browsed on my phone for a while. Friends, since it is likely to be hotter ahead, everyone should try to go out less unless necessary, apply sunscreen when going out because it will save your skin from the heat of the sun to some extent and definitely drink a lot of water so as not to get dehydrated.
