Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S30/W3, organized by the Honorable teacher @jyoti-thelight ma'am. She has brought a tasty "Traditional Steam Cooking- Vegetable Momos". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Although Momo has entered our culture from another culture, its extraordinary taste and aroma have quickly gained popularity here. Currently, Momo is very popular as a snack. And it is a favorite food for everyone, young and old. Especially, afternoon snacks, momo remain incomplete. Also, the presence of momo increases the pleasure of eating many times while entertaining guests.
Different types of steamed momos are available in our country. These are prepared depending on the preference and taste of each person. Such as chicken momo, beef momo, vegetable momo, and mixed momo. Each momo is appreciated by everyone for its unique taste.
I also like all the momos. But I like vegetable momos the most. It is made with a combination of several types of vegetables. Because it is made with a mixture of different types of vegetables, it is incomparable in terms of taste and also provides sufficient nutrients, which are especially beneficial for my physical health. That is why I like vegetable momos especially.

Now I will make delicious vegetable momos as per the instructions of the respected teacher @. And I am going to present the tutorial of the momos below.
😋Tutorial on making a Vegetable Momos
😋Step 1:-
- First, I take a bowl of flour. I sift the flour well with the help of a sieve, so that the flour is fine.
- Then I add a sufficient amount of salt there.
- Now I add three spoons of soybean oil to the flour,
- After adding soybean oil, I add lukewarm water. I pour the hot water gradually so that the dough does not become too thin.
- Now I make a dough with the flour and keep it aside for an hour.

😋Step 2:-
- First, I combine all the ingredients for making vegetable momos. Then I take a quantity of chopped cabbage from a bag. I chop it finely and drain the water with the help of a strainer.

- Now I take two carrots. I peel the carrots and wash them well, chop them finely, and arrange them on a plate.

- Now I take the betel leaves. I cut them into small pieces and keep them in a bowl.

- Now I take the peeled betel leaves in a bowl and wash them in clean water and keep them in a bowl.
In the same way, I cut the green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, onion, and garlic and take them in separate bowls.

😋Step 6:-
- Now I put the ginger and garlic on the grater and grind them into fine powder. And then I combine all the ingredients and enter the next stage.

- Now I put a saucepan on the stove. Add some soybean oil there and wait until it gets hot.

- Now I put the fenugreek seeds in the saucepan, along with the cumin seeds. Fry both items together in hot oil for some time.

- Now I put these chopped onions in the saucepan and add the chopped chillies and fry them for some time.

- Now I add chopped green beans, carrots, peas, green chillies, salt, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger. After adding all the items in quantity, I fry them for a while. But I take care not to over-fry them.

- Now I add coriander leaves to the fry, stir them lightly, and then remove them from the stove.

- At this stage of making momos, I will make bread for momos. For this, I make bread by taking a little bit of the yeast prepared earlier. I give it a round shape with a spoon.

- Now I fill the previously fried vegetables inside the flour bread prepared for momos.
- Now I close the mouth of the bread well, at that time, I make some designs with the help of my hands. - This will increase the beauty of the momos a lot.
- Following the same method, I make all the momos and arrange them on a plate.

- Now I put a saucepan on the stove, and place a separate bowl with holes on the saucepan.
- Now I put the prepared wax in the bowl. And cover it with the lid.
😋Step 15
- Now I cover it for 15 minutes. Then I take it off the stove. I saw that the momos have taken a nice shape and are cooked nicely.

- Following the same procedure, I steam all the momos and arrange them on a plate. At the same time, I finish making delicious and healthy momos.

The taste of eating momos increases manifold when there is tomato sauce with the momos. So I add tomato sauce with the vegetable momos and present it.
Now, to enhance the beauty of the momos, I put a coriander leaf in the sauce, so that the presentation will be very beautiful.

Today's Vegetable Momos is prepared for the Steamit Challenge. So I wrote the name of the challenge on a piece of paper and presented it.
Now I take a picture with the prepared momos and present it.
