SLC28-W3 // "Chicken Corn Soup"

How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W3, organized by the Honorable teacher @uzma4882 ma'am. She has brought us a delicious soup, whose name is "Chicken Corn Soup". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Honourable teacher @uzma4882 ma’am has come to us today with the method of making a delicious Chicken Corn Soup. Now I will make Chicken Corn Soup according to her instructions. Before starting to make the soup, I am presenting its ingredients to you -
Ingredients to make the Lentil Soup:-
| Chicken | 250g |
| Corn | 1 cup |
| Water | 5 cups |
| Eggs | 2 pieces |
| Soya sauce | 1tsp |
| Vinegar | 1 tsp |
| Chilli Sauce | 1 tsp |
| Salt | as needed |
| Black Pepper | ½ tsp |
| Garlic | 1 piece |
| Corn flour | 3 tsp |
Now, using the above ingredients, I am starting to make Chicken Corn Soup according to the instructions of @uzma4882 ma’am. I have presented its tutorial below.
🍲Step 1:-
- First, I take 1 spoon of soy sauce in a bowl and then soak the chicken pieces in soy sauce for five minutes. Then I cut the meat into small pieces and wash them with clean water and put them in a bowl, and drain the water.

🍲Step-2 :-
- Now I take a pan and put the chopped meat in the pan.
- I put 5 cups of water in it.
- Now I put some salt in the pan and cover the pan with a lid.
- I boil the meat with a net for 8-10 minutes.

🍲Step-3 :-
- Now I take a cup of corn and boil it with clean water.
- I put a pressure cooker on the stove, and put the washed corn in the pressure cooker. And I add some salt. Then I put the lid on the pressure cooker and cook it on medium for 15 minutes.

🍲Step-4 :-
- Meanwhile, when the meat in the pan is cooked, I take it out of the pan and let it cool.
- When the meat cools down, I cut it into small pieces with the help of a slotted spoon and take it on a plate.

- Now I break an egg and put it in a bowl. I mix it well with the help of a spoon.

- Now I take a pan and put a spoonful of soybeans in it. I add oil.
- I chop one spoon of ginger paste and one garlic clove.

- I put the chopped meat in a pan.
- Now I add one spoon of chili powder, one spoon of chili sauce, one spoon of soy sauce in the pan.
- I mix all the items well.

- Meanwhile, when the corn is cooked, I take it out of the pressure cooker and put it in a bowl.

- Now put the boiled corn in the pot. And stir all the items with the help of a spoon.

- Now, slowly add the previously broken egg to the pot and stir with the help of a spoon to mix it.

- To thicken the soup, take three spoons of corn flour in a bowl and mix it with water.
- Now put that mixture in the pot of soup. And stir well,

- I boiled another egg. Now I cut the egg into four pieces with the help of a knife,

- The soup has already thickened and become suitable for eating. So I put it in a bowl and finished cooking the delicious corn soup,

Personally, I love any kind of soup. My children love to eat soup. That is why I make soup occasionally. Especially, chicken mixed soup is really tasty. That is why I have all the ingredients for making soup in the house.
I make soup occasionally, so I have experience in making soup. Besides, the respected teacher @uzma4882 has presented the tutorial of making soup beautifully.
Personal experience and @uzma4882 ma’am's excellent tutorial helped me to make delicious corn with chicken soup very easily. As a result, I did not face any challenges while making soup. For that, I thank the respected @uzma4882 ma’am once again.

As per the instructions of the respected teacher @uzma4882, I have prepared healthy and nutritious Chicken Corn Soup. Now I am going to present that soup. I will present it in several steps. Below are the steps
- First, I pour the soup into a bowl and cut a little lemon, and place it to the side of the bowl.
- Then I cut another lemon and put it in the middle of the bowl, and served it with fresh coriander leaves.
- Now I cut the boiled egg into four pieces in the soup and serve the pieces, and garnish with some coriander leaves.
- The soup will be much tastier if you mix it with chili sauce, so I present some sauce inside the soup.
- Today's soup is made for the Steemit challenge, so I wrote the name of the challenge on a paper and presented it with that.
- At the end, I take a picture of the soup I made.
