How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I visited a food shop located in Pagla, Narayanganj city. The shop is located on the main road. It is famous for selling fried food. The shop is called Big Bazar Street Food. Now I will visit the Big Bazar Street Food shop and set a pin in Steem Atlas.

Pagla in Narayanganj city is both a densely populated area and an industrial hub. Millions of people live in this area. People of all classes, low-income, middle-income, and high-income, live here.
Keeping in mind the food needs of everyone, delicious, different types of food are prepared here every day from afternoon to late at night. The Big Bazar Street Food shop is located at Pagla Bazar Stand. There is a bus stand, an auto stand, a cng stand, a few markets, a raw market, and a boat dock. Due to this, the area is always crowded with people. The shop is very busy due to the constant coming and going of people.

Big Bazaar Street food is open every day from 5 pm to 12 am. Food preparation, arranging, etc., work from morning to afternoon. Although the shop is on the side of the road, the sales are better than any good quality shop. So, there are enough people to maintain the shop. In total, 12-15 employees and a manager run the shop. Some of them are involved in cooking, some are engaged in selling food, and some keep themselves busy as helpers.
When you go in front of the shop, you can see a lot of fried food. These foods are prepared daily, and each item of food is purchased fresh. Health is taken into account while preparing the food.
Customers who come here also know that the food here is adulterated and healthy, so customers eat here without hesitation.
Various types of delicious fried foods are sold here. Such as Piaju, Aloo Chop, Beguni, Shami Kebab, Jali Kebab, Chicken Kebab, Mushroom Kebab, Grilled Chicken, Shik Kebab, Jilapi, Chola, Ghugni, Shabji Bara, Egg Chop, and many other types of food. There are also milk naan, Kashmiri naan, butter naan, and special naan roti. However, with time, these foods have changed a bit. Now the holy month of Ramadan is going on. Fried foods suitable for Ramadan iftar are now mostly made.
The money for selling food in the shop is collected entirely in cash. The online payment system is completely absent here.

Since the shop is located next to the road, polythene is used to protect it from dust and sand. The food is always covered so that the dust and dirt of the road cannot enter the food.
Even then, some dirt can fly from the road, so water is sprinkled on the road after a while so that the dust does not fly and fall on the food.
Although every item in the shop is fresh, the place is not very clean. But it can be said to be fairly clean.
Customers keep coming and going after the shop opens in the afternoon. The shop staff is also busy with their work. I myself sometimes buy food here as an afternoon snack. Especially the chicken items are very delicious. As a roadside fried food shop, I consider the shop as an ideal shop.

I am a regular customer of this shop. I have tasted all the dishes available here. All the dishes are healthy and tasty. But the best are the Shamikabab and Dim Chop. Sami Kabab is made with a combination of chicken, lentil, dim and some special spices that are specially made for this dish. Sami Kabab fried in a towel is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After putting it in your mouth, it creates a wonderful combination of soft and crispy.

Big Bazaar Street Food operates its business with regular items. However, they prepare special dishes on special occasions. For example, they prepare rasgulla or sweet dishes. For this, they have separate craftsmen. These dishes are prepared on the basis of special orders on weddings, birthdays or special days, since the food is not always available, so there is no mention of sweet or rasgolla in the food menu. But in my opinion, it would be better if they kept the food on the menu and produced and sold sweets in a limited range every day.
I had the opportunity to taste the sweets here; they were very delicious. I think that food lovers like me would benefit a lot if such delicious food was on the menu.

I have already said that Pagla Bazar is a busy area. Thousands of people come and go here every day. Many shops have been built here to meet the food needs of people. In addition to the shops decorated with beautiful decorations, there are many shops built along the road. Each shop does business here in a competitive manner. There is a constant effort to see who will make the food as deliciously as possible and attract customers by delivering the food to the customers at a low price.
As the quality of the food at Big Bazaar Street Food is good, the price of the products has also been kept limited due to competition.
The shopkeeper is always vigilant so that the quality and price of the products are not higher than the nearby shops.
