Tell us about the recipes you make.

Cooking is an art. We are all familiar with this art. We all cook more or less in the kitchen. Some cook by compulsion, and some cook as a hobby. I myself am a seasonal chef. Sometimes I have to cook because of children and family.
As Friday is our holiday, today's main dish has been cooked. I have cooked khichuri today. Khichuri is a delicious and nutritious dish. I cook this khichuri with different types of pulses like musher dal, mung dal, butter dal, and rice. As a Bengali. I can say you won't find a Bengali who doesn't like Khichuri. This khichuri is a very popular dish for us, we love eating khichuri, especially on rainy days.

Mention five (at least) consecutive photos and descriptions of your cooked recipes.

Now I am presenting the khichuri that I made for my family through this context to my steemian friends. I hope you will like my recipe today.

ingredients that i needed to prepare my unique khichuri

Tutorial of homemade khichuri
  • Step:-1
  • First I boil the butter dal in a pressure cooker.
  • Now I will take another pan and in a pot I add half a bowl of mustard oil.
  • When the mustard oil is hot, I add the chopped onions in it.
  • When the onions are half-fried, I add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, bay leaf, and cumin paste and stir well.
  • I fry the spices on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Step:-2
  • Now I put the previously washed meats in the chopped spices.
  • In 15-20 minutes I burn the meats in masala.
  • When the masala along with the meat is finely chopped, I take it off the stove.
  • Step:-3
  • Now I wash rice, moong dough, and lentil dough in the half-boiled boot dal.
  • Now I add two spoons of turmeric powder, two spoons of chili powder, chopped onion, bay leaf, cardamom, and cinnamon in it with enough water.
  • Step:-4
  • Now I close the lid of the rice cooker. Press twice to actually turn off the stove.
The rice cooker is almost cooked.
  • Now I add the roasted beef meat in half-boiled rice and mixed dal.
  • Now I burn all the items in together in the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Step:-5
  • When the khichuri is cooked well and the water of the khichuri dries up, add ginger and onion paste through mustard oil.
  • When the onions and garlic are fried, add the fried onions and garlic in the khichuri with mustard oil.
  • Now cut 4 green chilies in the middle and add them to the khichuri.
  • Step:-6
  • My khichuri cooking is done. Now I pour the khichuri into a bowl.
