Time management
Good dad, all. Today, I will be talking about time management. So, at the end of it, I expect you to make effective use of your time and manage it wisely because even the morning and the night uses their time wisely.
Let me start with the proper definition of time. Time is a continuous measurable quantity between events. It is also defined as the timeline or schedule in which events happen. It's what helps you to know when things happen and how long. It also helps us to measure our daily routine.
Time management refers to the strategic process of coordinating and organizing how much time you spend on a particular activity. It involves focusing and using tools like lists of things to do and calendars to focus.
Why is time management important? This is because of the constrained nature of time, to ease stress, enhance balancing of leisure and work, to improve your effectiveness, and help in decision making. Basically, time management makes you rule over your day instead of your day ruling over you.
Elements of time management:
- Target setting: it helps you use time effectively and efficiently.
- Prioritization: it helps you tackle the important problems first.
- Elimination: this is removing non-important works, disturbances, or time wasters that stop positive results.
With this, I think I have convinced you enough on how to manage your time, because even the Bible says there is time for everything, so use your time wisely and remember you have a short time. Enjoy your day and stay tuned.
