The Diary Game | 15 January, 2026 | Organizing a jhal muri meal with students
Hello friends
How are you all? I hope you are all doing very well by the grace of God. I am also doing very well by your prayers. I am going to start today's new post by greeting and congratulating all the brothers and sisters of "Steem for Bangladesh" on my behalf. Two Jhal Muri events on the same day. I will discuss this in detail in this post. I hope you will like it a lot.
I attended school as usual, took several classes, and found out at exactly noon. I found out that today the school teachers have organized a Muri party. It was good to know that there is a Muri party arrangement, the good thing is that different things are mixed and eaten there. Meanwhile, I was taking classes in the classroom, occasionally observing the children playing in the field. Aunty, when the time came, I saw that everyone had organized a big party and the eating and drinking started. She called me and I also started eating and drinking together with everyone. Then I found out that our private school is organizing a Jhal Muri party today. Actually, my students who are in private school are studying privately with someone else. Basically, the work will be done there.
The school's turnover was quite good but it was not as good as we had expected. Then we went to our desired private teaching place. Money was collected from the students and our two teachers. The total amount raised was 550 taka. Then a specific list was made of what things to buy. According to that list, the students went to the market with their respective responsibilities. In a while, they returned with pickles, onions, salt, oil, chanachur, sweetmeats, coriander leaves and other things. Then they started their activities.
I was surprised to see the activities of the students because I had never organized such an event with them before. But my classmate teacher organized such an event with them, so they became so much more expert. However, we continued our activities with great joy, especially they worked and I kept watching. I noticed that everyone continued to take forward the activities on their own responsibility. And I kept taking photos of their activities from time to time.
When all the things were prepared, my classmate, i.e. your all favorite Mustafizur, started mixing everything together. Actually, I have never seen so many things being done together. For which I did not have much experience in this matter. I just kept watching their joyful moments and kept observing their activities. If such an opportunity ever came, maybe I would have become an expert in this matter. Anyway, first, a sack was spread on the roof to sit on. Chic paper was spread on it. Two packets of muri were poured on top of it. On top of that, chanachur oil, onion slices, jaggery slices, etc. were given. Then the sweets that were there and coriander leaves were given. Everything was mixed very nicely and mixed well. By then, the students were sitting around in anticipation of eating.
After the jhal muri was made, the students were made to sit in a circle around it. Then they were told to eat in silence as they pleased. The meal continued like this until it was over. Everyone enjoyed our meal with great joy. It was a beautiful feeling. Everyone continued to eat like this until our meal was over. Many noticed that their eyes and mouths were watering due to the excess jhal and onion. But it was a great pleasure since there were many sweets in it. There were more as well. Everyone ate with joy as it was a great taste. And thus our joyful moment was celebrated on the afternoon of January 15 in schools and private schools.
