Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well. Alhamdulillah, today I have brought you a great recipe. Today's recipe is Qurbani Bhurdi. It is a beef patty, and you can make great recipes with it. I have turned it into a beautiful recipe.

The Process of recipe
🟫 Step 01
🎡To prepare today's recipe, first, I will wash the beef tripe that I have cut well.
🎡Then I took some potatoes, peeled them, cut them into small pieces, and soaked them in water.
🎡Then I'll take a clean pot, put it on the stove, and put the intestines in it.
🎡Then I will put the chopped potatoes in there.
🎡Then I will add finely chopped onion and bay leaves there.

🎡I will add all kinds of hot spices in the next step.
🎡Then I will add all kinds of powdered spices along with dried chilies.
🎡Then I will give the ginger and garlic that I have crushed well.
🎡Then mix everything well and cook with a little water until well-cooked.
🎡It's been cooking for a while. I'll give you a few whole green chilies here.
🎡It will take about an hour to cook, and it will be cooked and almost done when it is cooked. After that, should check the salt and add a spoonful of roasted cumin seeds on top.
