Bengali recipe made with potatoes and chicken

Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today I have come up with a great recipe for you. I hope it will be a great recipe for my foodie friends. Today I have presented a popular winter recipe, that is, a new potato broth recipe with desi chicken. In winter, we have new potato in the home . Everyone likes to eat more or less, but when you eat chicken with a new potato , it becomes even more interesting. So, without further ado, let's quickly find out how I prepared this recipe.

The Process of recipe
🟫 Step 01
🥣To prepare today's recipe, first I cut the chicken into pieces, washed it, put it in a bowl, and finely chopped the onion and bay leaves. Then I put it on a clean fry pan on oven and added the chopped onion and bay leaves.
🥣Once it's a little hot, I'll add about three tablespoons of soybean oil here.
🟫 Step 02
🥣Then here I will add all kinds of powdered masalas along with ginger paste and garlic paste.
🥣Then I'll add the hot spices here.
🥣Then mix everything and fry it well for about two to three minutes, and when the oil comes to the top, I will add the washed and chopped chicken pieces here.
🥣Then mix the meat and masala and fry well for about two to three minutes.
🟫 Step 03
🥣After a while, I will give the potatoes to the given. Here, I will not fry the potatoes; I will give them completely raw potatoes.
🥣Then mix the potatoes and meat well and fry again for four to five minutes.
🥣Then you need to give time for the meat and potatoes to cook, but here I will add a little water and simmer it well for another 10 to 12 minutes.
🥣Then, when the meat is well-cooked, my cooking is almost finished.
🟫 Step 04
🥣Then add two cups of water, check the salt thoroughly, and then sprinkle a spoonful of roasted cumin seeds on top and cover with a lid and wait for two to three minutes.
🥣Then, once it boils well, my dish will be ready. I will take it off the stove, and after a while, when I lift the lid, I will see that my chicken and potato recipe is completely ready.

🥣Then take it in a bowl and prepare it for serving by taking an equal amount of meat and potatoes in the bowl, and here I have taken a picture with my name tag added, which is presented below.
