How are you all my dear friends hope all are well and Alhamdulillah I am also fine by the grace of Allah .today I am here to participate in a contest organized by @solaymann in Steem For Bangladesh community ,receipe Contest Name "Week1: My Unique Recipe.". A great contest where we can present our favourite recipes and enjoy the recipes of all my friends today I will mention Sarisa Hilsa's recipe but let's start with how I make Sarisa Hilsa,

Hilsa fish is abundantly available in the market during monsoons in Bangladesh, and Padma river hilsa fish is much more fun to eat. There is no fixed rule that we will always get Padma River hilsa fish in the market, but the smell and taste of hilsa fish are unmatched, and I think only very few people did not like it. Almost everyone likes hilsa, and if that hilsa can be cooked into a mustard hilsa recipe, then it is much more delicious and fun to eat.This season the fun of eating sarisa hilsa is different so today I will present here making sarisa hilsa recipe but come on guys I am presenting my sarisa hilsa recipe tutorial now.

salt | Three spoons |
Turmeric powder | 1 Spoon |
cumin powder | 1 Spoon |
coriander powder | One spoon |
oil | quantity |
Fried dhunajira | One spoon |
🟫 Step 01
▩ First I took some whole mustard seeds in a bowl
▩ then I washed the mustard seeds well with water and put them in a blender.
🟫 Step 02
▩ Then I blended the mustard very well and poured it in a bowl
▩ Then, I cut several pieces of hilsa fish , wash and clean them and put them in a bowl
🟫 Step 03
▩ Next step I will put a clean pan on the stove and add chopped onion ,
▩ then add enough oil to fry the onion well
🟫 Step 04
▩ then I will take the spices in a bowl Here I will dont add adha and garlic as will skip because they will ▩ not taste very good with hilsa fish and I will give a small amount of dhuna and cumin powder seeds
then fry the onion and spices well for 5 minutes
🟫 Step 05
▩ then add the blended mustard seeds
▩ and then mix the spices and mustard seeds well for ten minutes
🟫 Step 06
▩ I will look after that when the water dries up from the mustard seeds,
▩ I will put the washed hilsa fish in it,
🟫 Step 07
▩ then mix the mustard and hilsa fish well and cook for another five to six minutes.
▩ By this time, my hilsa fish will have almost been cooked because the hilsa fish do not need to be cooked much. When the oil comes out, I will sprinkle fried dhunajira one spoonful on top then leave it in the oven for two more minutes

▩ and by then my recipe will be ready.
▩ Then I put the mustard hilsa in a bowl and prepared it for serving.
