🇧🇩Bangladeshi Potato Pakora Recipe. (Alur Pakora).
🥔 potato pakora is one of the most popular and comforting fried snacks in Bangladesh. Weather enjoyed during rainy afternoons, served to guests or share Among family members during iftar in Ramadan. Potato pakora holds special place in Bangladeshi food culture.
The Ingredients are needed to make Potato pakora are given below-

| gram flour | 1 cup |
| corn flour | 1/2 cup |
| wheat flour | 1/2 cup |
| salt | to taste |
| chili powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
| oil | as needed |
Step -1.prepare the potatoes :
Peel the potatoes, and chopped Raw potatoes or slice the potatoes into thin even rounds.Rinse and pat them dry.
Step-2:make the butter --
Then I will take a bowl and i will mix all ingredients in the potatoes. I will mix gram flour, wheat flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, Turmeric powder. Its mixed them properly. I will let it rest 10 minutes now.

Step-3
I will a take a pan to fry the potatoes. In a deep pan, heat oil and medium flame. Deep each potatoes slice into the batter. Carefully slide into hot oil.Fry until golden and crispy both sides. Remove and place on paper to drain excess oil.

Potato pakoras taste best when it is served hot.They pair wonderfully with green chutney, tamarind chutney,or even tomato ketchup. Many people enjoy them with cup of hot tea. Especially on rainy days.Alo pakora is popular in Bangladeshi street foods.
