Greeting @cruzmilcar63, I enjoyed reading your post, and have learnt and also added a new cuisine to my food menu, I wish I have the ingredients in my country I would have love to prepare this delicious fish curd." That is usually cooked in your country during the days of Holy Week, I can imagine having the thought of this great meal then at the end you have the opportunity of eating it, I know the feeling would be heavenly. And what actually makes you enjoyed this food is the different combinations of other spices. Best of luck to you
