Kids of the World Contest Week #20: The joy of giving happiness to the children of our community

Every little thing of happiness we give to the children has a big impact not just for us but for them who will grow up with sense of commitment to the family and society.

Especially during this time of pandemic where no place they could go but just home or in the neighborhood and sometimes strict home stay needs to be followed for their own safety.

Giving them a simple snacks or something to eat will at least help them get rid a little bit of the burden and feeling of living in a fearful world. Our neighborhood is one of the places that needs help. A lot of them just do below minimum of salary per day, per week, and per month. But I can see that every parents do a lot of work to put food on the table.

Hopefully by next week, we can share to them another set of pack lunch. My family had planned about it already. I am very thankful for the continuous help I received from the community in that way I/we could easily purchase necessary ingredients to have something for them.

Praying that in this time of great crisis of the world, we continue to keep God in our hearts and in the center of our family because no one and nothing is more powerful than Him who could help us as long as we keep our faith and trust in Him.
