I am going to talk about a hardware shop. This shop is located in the Old Market area of Parbatipur town. It is a very popular shop in the old market. Many kinds of products are available here, so people come here for different needs. The shop opens from 8:00 in the morning to 7:00 at night because now, according to government rules, shops need to close around 7:00 PM. If you want to visit this shop, you can come from Parbatipur Railway Station to the Old Market by paying 10 taka fare. You can also come from the bus terminal by rickshaw or auto for 10 taka. If you tell the place name and the shop name, they will easily bring you here.

I have been seeing this shop for many years. I buy most of the hardware products for my home from here. I cannot say exactly when this shop started because I have seen it since my childhood. In the beginning, the shop was not so big or beautiful. It was made in a small building, but now the old building has been broken and rebuilt in a new way. Many changes have been made to the shop, but the owner is still the same. If anyone wants to contact the shop, they need to call the phone number given there. The owner of this shop is also a tube-well and motor mechanic. By talking with him, anyone can get a good idea about the shop.

As far as I know, this shop has all kinds of products according to the needs of customers. Different types of hardware items are available here, and they always try to supply products based on customer demand. Various products such as motors, tube-wells, nails, pipes, and many other items are sold here. Customers can come and buy whatever they need. There is also an employee in the shop who helps by loading different products onto the customers’ vehicles. The owner himself also sells many products and talks kindly with the customers.

This shop has all kinds of facilities for customers. There is enough lighting inside the shop, and fans are installed so people do not feel too hot in summer. There is also a seating arrangement so customers do not have to stand while waiting. For security, the shop has strong locks and security cameras. Overall, all necessary facilities are available in this shop.

As far as I know, most customers in this shop buy products by paying cash. I have also always paid in cash whenever I shopped here. Sometimes I notice that if someone does not have cash, they may pay through mobile banking services like bKash or Nagad. However, modern banking systems are still not available in this shop. Maybe these systems will be introduced in the future, and then everyone will be able to pay through any method. But at present, transactions are mainly done through cash and mobile banking. Still, cash payment is used the most.

Whics product did you purchase from here? It should be shown. It would be better to show proof of payment.
At my home, I often cut trees, branches, bamboo, and other things for daily work. For this, I usually use tools like a machete and a shovel, but using these tools is quite hard and it takes a lot of time. So, I thought about buying a saw. When I went to this shop, I saw some good quality saws there. These saws do not get rusty easily. So, I decided to buy one and take it home. I will use it for different household work, especially for cutting bamboo.

In my opinion, the service of this shop is very good. When someone goes to buy a product, they do not have to wait for a long time. The employee works very skillfully and quickly to provide products so that customers do not face any problems. In many other shops, it takes a lot of time to buy even one product because the workers are slow, but I did not notice that here. The shop owner is especially very sincere and behaves nicely with customers.
The employee also talks to customers in a polite way. Because of this, the shop has become very popular, and day by day more customers are coming here. According to me, this is one of the best shops in our Old Market because good quality products are available here at low prices.
