I will invite all of my Steemit friends to the sixth week of the Steemit Challenge Season 31 Week 06 - Cottage craft shop competition of The Steemit Challenge Season 31. In the sixth week of the competition, we will explore the Cottage craft store. Today I will share my entry to this awesome competition.

In the sixth week of the Steemit Challenge, we will be exploring various cottage industry shops. Today I will be reviewing Halima Pottery Shop, which sells all kinds of clay items at retail and wholesale prices. Pottery is not just a profession, it is part of the thousand-year-old art form and culture of Bengal. Here, clay utensils such as kalas, sara, matka, dolls, puja parvan items as well as modern tubs, sculptures, etc. for interior decoration are made.

Halima Pottery Shop is located on Court Station Road, Hargram Purbapara, City Bypass, Rajshahi. I went there by auto from Court Station, it has an attractive supply of various types of clay items. The attractive supply of almost extinct clay utensils attracts customers. When I reached this shop, I saw a huge collection of various items made of clay.

Halima Pottery Shop has a gallery decorated with various products made of terracotta. Where there is a supply of numerous products starting from tubs of different shapes. This shop has been selling traditional terracotta items for a long time and has kept the tradition of rural Bengal alive. Although the shop is not decorated in a grand manner, there is good lighting for customers to shop and CCTV cameras for security. Numerous supplies of modernly designed clay artworks adorn the gallery of the shop.

The shop has five employees who work tirelessly to provide good customer service. The shop is open from 8 am to 9 pm. Various clay items are sold at retail and wholesale prices, retailers can buy clay items from here at wholesale prices and sell them at retail prices. The employees actively provide customer service and help customers review the products displayed in the gallery.

The price of clay items is determined by the design and size of the product. Various clay items can range from 30 taka to several thousand taka. Small cups, bowls or sara are usually available between 50-300 taka, while clay dinner sets or large decorative items are available between 2000-7000 taka. I often buy clay pots from this shop which I use to plant flowers on my balcony. I am impressed by the craftsmanship of the products in this shop, the perfect handiwork is evident in every clay pot. These clay items are sold at affordable prices and this shop is well known among the locals for their special supplies. The special crafts attract the customers and make them interested in using clay products. Customers feel comfortable getting all kinds of products from here at affordable prices.
