Gulistan Shaheed Matiur Park is an amusement park in Gulistan, the most popular place in our country's capital, Dhaka. Many people know it as Gulistan Park. In 1969, a student was martyred in the public uprising of our country. The name of the martyred student was Matiur Rahman. The park was named Shaheed Matiur Rahman Park after him. The entrance fee of Gulistan Shaheed Matiur Park is 10 Taka or 1 Steem. The park was renovated in 2020 and taken over by the Dhaka South City Corporation as an entertainment center for the people of the capital, Dhaka. It is open to the public from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm every day. Inside the park, there are various types of ride-sharing games for children, along with football, volleyball, and badminton on the sports field. There is also a restaurant for visitors to the park.

Entry Ticket

There are two gates to enter the park. The park is located next to Gulistan Bus Station in the capital, Dhaka. Every day, numerous visitors come to the park with their families. Especially in the evening, people flock to eat at the restaurant. The park is very important for entertainment in the populated areas of the capital. After entering the park, tickets have to be purchased separately for each ride. In the morning, people of the capital, Dhaka, come around the park to do physical exercise.

Merry Go Ride

The park has various types of rides including roller coasters, including roller coasters, bumper cars, train rides, and several other entertainment centers. The amusement park is located in a huge area. There is a large pond inside the amusement park. There are boats to travel in the pond that travel around the pond on an hourly basis. There are many big trees inside the park that have enhanced the beauty of the park. Arrangements have been made for tourists to sit around the park.

Slipper Ride

The security system around the park is very good. Security is controlled by CCTV cameras. There are a few coffee shops inside the park. Most of the rides in the park are for children's entertainment. The capital, Dhaka, is a populated city, so families in the city can come to the park and enjoy themselves with their families. Dhaka South City Corporation has renovated the park for a few years.

Boat Ride

The park is very clean inside. The Dhaka South City Corporation manages the park. There are a few shops inside the park selling women's jewelry and children's toys. There is also an ice cream shop. I saw a very beautiful and recreational park called Shaheed Matiur Rahman Park.
