The machinery shop that I will share with you today is basically a hardware shop, the name of this shop is Abu Hurayra Hardware and Glass House, it is located in the Simanto Bazar of Kazipur upazila of our Sirajganj district, this shop is very easy to find in the border market from anywhere in Bangladesh, because this hardware shop is located next to the fish market.

The owner of this shop is Abu Bakkar Siddique, since there is no big signboard in this hardware shop, the name of the shop cannot be clearly understood, but the shop owner has written the name of the shop, the name of the owner and the mobile number on a small tin for the convenience of the customer, that name plate is hung in front of the shop, the name of the shop owner can be easily known on the lamppost and his mobile number can be found.

The owner has been running this shop for a long time, various hardware items are available in this shop, various boards and glass are available during the haatwar, various types of things are made from boards, and any glass work can be done easily at home in the shop, various types of glass are available in this shop, glass is sold for installation in various furniture made of boards or wood.

There is a machine in front of the shop to cut boards and make furniture. They use the machine to cut boards to make various types of furniture for the village house, and they use different types of glass furniture inside the shop. In addition to making furniture by hand, this shop also makes wooden furniture. The owner was originally a carpenter. He made various furniture from wood, but now he makes wooden furniture as well as board furniture and runs this hardware shop.

The owner of the shop runs this shop alone. He has no other employees. Due to the size of the shop, CCTV has been installed all around the shop. There is a constant power supply in the shop. If there is a power outage, the electricity is supplied through IPS. All the activities of the shop are monitored through CCTV. This arrangement has been made mainly for security reasons.

If you buy a product in this store, you have to pay for it in cash, there is no opportunity to make payments online, so in some cases you can pay through mobile banking, but that is strictly for the sake of necessity, if someone does not have cash, then the price of the product can be paid through mobile banking, besides, there is no other method to pay for the product.

I had previously purchased a net for my home furniture from this store, and a few days later I made glass for a piece of furniture in my home, I bought the glass and brought it home and installed it on the furniture through another mechanic, from that time I got to know the owner of this store, the owner of the store is not previously known to me.

Due to the lack of any employees in this hardware store, the owner of the store often struggles to meet the needs of the customers, because sometimes the customers become too many, due to which he cannot meet the needs of everyone alone, so in my opinion, the store management would have been better if one or two more employees were kept in this store.
