The name of this shop is Limon Cosmetics. This shop is located at Press Club Road, New Market, Parbatipur city. It is situated inside a market near the Shaheed Minar of Parbatipur town. If you ask anyone about this shop, they can easily guide you here. The shop remains open every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

A brief history of the store, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.
The owner of this shop previously worked as an employee in another cosmetics shop. A few months ago, he started his own business and established this shop. The shop is relatively new, and the owner’s name is Limon. He is a very kind-hearted person and always treats customers politely. The only communication medium of this shop is mobile phone. He communicates with customers through his personal mobile number. The shop does not have any website or other online platforms, as it is a small cosmetics store.

The activities of this shop are very clear and customer-focused. Customer service is given top priority here. There is only one employee, and together with the owner, they manage the entire shop. Since this is mainly a women’s cosmetics shop, they need to explain product details, quality, and prices very carefully. Many customers ask questions without buying anything, which sometimes feels tiring for the owner and employee. Even then, they always try their best to behave politely and respectfully with every customer.

As the shop is located inside a market, there is no parking facility. However, customers can get discounts when purchasing multiple items. The shop sells cosmetics at comparatively lower prices. For security, CCTV cameras are installed. The shop has proper lighting and fans. During power outages, a generator is used to keep the shop running.

I purchased a face wash and some shampoo from this shop for my personal use. These are items I use regularly. Since I am familiar with this shop, I bought them at wholesale prices. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos at that time.

The service of this shop is very good. The owner and employee behave very politely with customers. The shop is always clean and well-organized. Prices are affordable, and security arrangements like CCTV cameras and generator backup make the shop reliable. Overall, I really liked this cosmetics shop.
