On the occasion of this contest, today I will take you to an organization that has been serving them with great dedication for 35 years. This is the business of my father's friend Saidul Uncle - Ms. Saidul Enterprise. First of all, sincere thanks to @Soleyman Bhai for organizing such a wonderful contest. I am truly happy to share my experience with everyone through this contest. So, let’s begin.

I think that honesty and experience are very important in the construction materials business. The construction industry is the backbone of a country's development. And one of the main components of this industry is cement and concrete. I think that delivering quality construction materials to the doorstep of people is not just a business but a big contribution to building strong infrastructure, because it is contributing to building houses that fulfill people's dreams.

• M/s Saidul Enterprise is located on the main road of the Manikadi area of Dhaka Cantonment.

• This shop can be reached directly from any area, Manikdi, Dhaka Cantonment, Gule Jannat Masjid Road. From there, you can reach this shop in just 5-10 minutes by rickshaw or auto from the ECB Chattar stop of the Cantonment. Since it is near the main road, it is quite convenient for large trucks or cargo transportation.

• The founder of this shop is Mr. Md. Saidul Islam, who is also a close friend of my father.
• History: He started this business on a very small scale about 35 years ago. However, due to his hard work and honesty, today it has become one of the largest supply stores in the area.
• Communication: In addition to coming directly to the shop, customers can place orders through mobile phones. Uncle and his son now ensure customer service through regular phone calls

This mainly supplies wholesale and retail construction materials. Currently, there are about 12 regular employees working in this establishment:

• Management: Uncle and his son look after the accounts of this business.

• Delivery and Loading: 10 employees unload the goods and deliver the goods to the customer's site.

• Sales Assistant: Uncle's younger son works as a manager, showing the goods to the customers and providing information.

Since it is a standard commercial establishment, all the necessary facilities are available here:

• Electricity: There is round-the-clock electricity. Since the shop is located in Dhaka, electricity is not very isolated.

• Security: CCTV cameras have been installed in this shop for the safety of the shop's goods and customers.

In this type of business, all types of payment facilities have to be kept and there are versatile payment methods for the convenience of customers.

• Cash: Anyone can make purchases directly in cash.

• Online payment: Anyone can pay money through bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

• Bank transfer: In case of large orders, money can be deposited through a cheque or directly into the bank.

For the sake of acquaintance, Uncle Saidul started giving goods to some people in the area, half in cash, and taking the rest later.

I have been seeing Uncle Saidul since childhood, as he is my father's friend. The most positive aspect of his service is that he never gives less in size and does not compromise on the quality of the product. The main secret of his survival for 35 years is this "honesty." He has started this business from a very small shop. In my opinion, those who are looking for quality and pure construction materials for building houses can feel free to come to Mr. Saidul Enterprise.

In managing this cement and concrete store, Saidul Uncle has to be very proactive and plan. Being in Dhaka City, he has to receive goods in the middle of the night. Also, sometimes in the case of transporting large trucks or cargo goods, various leaders and activists of the area often cause trouble, such as extortion. In my opinion, the real challenge in this business is maintaining product quality. Proper inventory management is essential for a successful cement trader so that older inventory is sold first and quality remains intact. The importance of the right materials is immense for building a dream house. Buying goods from the shop of experienced and trusted people like Saidul Uncle means peace of mind.
