TURNING YOUR UNIQUENESS (TALENT) INTO WEALTH

Introduction

Mathew 25 vs 14-30 makes us to understand that talents are for trading (business) which are also expected to make much profit. We are like the servants whose master travelled to a far country, and he handed unto them some talents according to their abilities.

God has blessed us with talent and gift according to our ability, even before we were born into this world, but we can only enjoy them by recognising their value and begin to use them.

The Architect of our lives (GOD) has equipped us with everything we needed to live abundant Life
That's why I tabled the meaning of talent as follows:

Total Allowance for Life on Earth which can Not be Taken away by any man.
The success is not somewhere but it is within you. Psalm 139 v 14 said that " we are fearfully and wonderfully made

TALENT according to Oxford advanced learner's dictionary, is a natural ability to do something well

It is a gift from God, which makes you different from others. It is an inborn ability to do something well. Yes anybody can sing, but only someone with talent can sing well. Skill can be taught or learnt, but talent helps you to manipulate it. Proverbs 18 v 16 said that " the gift of man makes room for him and brings him before great men". It simply means that your gift will make a way for your success, make a way for your income and also present you before the elders, Kings, presidents, and other great people. It is your treasure, your winning edge in life and also your starting power.

5D's stages of how your talent can be converted to cash.

Stage: 1. Discovery
2. Developing
3. Display
4. Demand
5. Divine breakthrough

STAGE 1: HOW CAN I DISCOVER MY TALENT?

Finding our natural talents can be quite difficult to do. For me, it took me decades to find out that I was good at writing.^Source

The Lord said to Moses in the book of Exodus 14 v 3, " what do you have in your hand?
The same question I'll be asking you today.

What do you have in your hand?
What are those things that got you excited while doing?
What are you happily doing, even when you know you're not going to be paid?
What are those things you do that bring out the best in you and make you feel you are the best in life?
Is it building or renovating things? Is it reading and writing? Is it the gift of leadership? Can you speak well? etc.

You just need to discover your own talent and understand the fact that you're unique. God has given you a brush to paint your destiny with your choice of colour.

God says, "be fruitful and multiply" (Genesis 1 v 22). It means that there's a seed he put in you, until you identify the seed you'll be fruitful an multiply.

STAGE 2: HOW CAN IT BE DEVELOPED?

It is good to discover your talent, but not enough to end there.
Let's use crude oil as an example, Crude is a raw material. It has less value until it passes through the process of refining. After refining crude oil, it will have more valuable products.

Discovering is like a raw material that is needed to develop/refine before it can be active. We need to work in our mindset, see yourself as a valuable material, have a creative mind and be a thinker.

We all know that education in - view is the ability to convert knowledge into financial equivalent but take note that "it is not the amount of certificates you acquired that will determine the amount of money you'll have, but the ability to turn the knowledge into physical cash. Learn and educate yourself more on the gifted area, in other to be perfect. Lookout for those that have excelled in that area, make them friend, chat with them and acquire more knowledge in that area and then create new idea on it

STAGE 3 HOW CAN I DISPLAY MY TALENT?

Make a move and God will move you. Great movers endup being great achievers. Gen. 1 v 2 said that " spirit of God was moving upon the face of water". The spirit of God started by moving upon the water and other things was created.

Let people know what you can do, it can be in your church, fellowship or shcool etc. At this stage of display, you may not expect much money because your aim is for people to know what you can actually do.

STAGE 4: THE STAGE OF DEMAND

Displaying of talent attracts demand. Once people get to know you, they will start placing demand, looking for you to solve their problems. At this level, now produce perfect products, render services and meet the needs of the masses.

STAGE 5: DIVINEB BREAKTHROUGH

It's at this stage that your talent begins to pay you
ECCL. 9 vs 10 said " a labour is worthy of his wages". You should know that no man will pay you for what he can do or to learn what he knows.
People will benefit from your life and your pocket will be blessed by them.

CONCLUSION

Keep on moving, your talent and your gift shall surely search you out. Only think well about what you can do well.
