Am writing this post to fufill the task giving by @crytokannon, Which its objectives is for steemit users to know how Voting Curation works, how to join and crate communities, to know how about witness and how to use a third party apps. Below are my reviews.

Yes i do understand how both works on steemit works in steemit. Voting mana is like a life radar with full energy in it that reduces each time you cast a vote. As a biginner on steemit your voting power will start with a 100% value anytime you vote. When your Steem Power is up to 500SP then a voting radar will appear anytime you want vote allowing you to choose the percentage of vote you wish to vote between 1 - 100% voting. Voting with a percentage less than 100% voting power will eat up a little of your voting mama but will have lesser influence on the post/comments rewards. You can be able to vote 10 times or more than a day but each post will be worthless due to every 100% vote you vote will kk make use of 2% of your remaining voting mama and your voting mama recharges 20% each day.

Downvoting has a specifically 25% mama pool for each user on steemit. It consumes 25% mana first before consuming the regular mama for downvotes you get rewards from upvotes or curating other people's post but you don't get rewards for downvotes the reasons are, downvotes reduces rewards on post/comments.

This is were users automatically leaves a trail votes on a post/comment by using a third paty such as @steemauto and so on. With the of other users on the curation trail you earn more rewards using a trail.

A witness is someone who contributes to the blockchain willingly. They are by vote by the steem community. For voting for Steem Witness on steemit you can be able to vote for 30 witnesses. At the time of writing this post, I have already voted for 30 witness. But my best witness is @exnihilo.witness because he drops 0.001 steem everyday for users that voted for him as a witness.

Currently I have joined some communities before now but my best communities are @steemalive, @campusconnect, @steem.skillshare, @danceandmusic, @cryptoacademy. My reasons are, I learn so much from them, I earn and I also get to know some knew friends there.
