How I Boost My Confidence When I Feel Low

As a normal human being, we all have moments when we either doubt ourselves and not know our worth. I believe that the more confidence i have in myself the more things I can accomplish and a better impression or image people have about you. So, i have a few things i do on those days and down to make myself feel good again and remind myself of my worth.

Firstly, i work out every morning. It doesn't need to be anything extra. A ten minute jump rope session or 15 minutes on a stationary bike will do. Besides the fact that it aids in weightloss, working out has been said to boost your system and increase your energy levels.

Another thing I do is go to a beauty salon either to get a manicure, pedicure or facial. Anything I can get which will make me happy will boost my confidence.

Reading books too and daily affirmations rims me of the kind of person i am too. I usually do this before before getting out of bed after my prayers to set my day right. Some books and chapters of the bible also help in encouraging me to feel better especially those of the new testament.

Besides self confidence there's a lot more i learn from reading such books like learning other types of personalities and their behaviors, Grammatical terms, and also improves my ability to write. It goes a long way alongside a cup of tea or glass or juice.

Watching movies also helps improve my mood especially if am watching with company. This or listening to music and podcasts too help better my mood or day. Below us a summary of the things i do and more which make me feel better on a bad day and the levels to which they help.

I can't seem to find the image am looking for on pixabay or another site so I've modified my post
