Achievement 2 @ebgpencil || Basic security on steem

Greetings great people of steemit, I'm grateful to participate on the second part of this achievement task, I'll be talking about the basic security on steem.

One of the most vital and crucial aspect of any online platform, environment, homes, business centers etc is SECURITY., without security your business is not safe and every responsible individual will want to secure his or her business in any platform.

Security needs to be taken really into consideration due to the tremendous hacking on the internet, to be security conscious is to be safe, Also I have learnt to adhere to security measures on steem for the safety of my account after going through the safety measures and functions from @cryptokannon. Below are my answers to the questions being asked

1. HAVE YOU RETRIVE ALL YOUR KEYS ON STEEMIT?

I successfully retrieved all my keys and kept them safe, it is crucial and wise to act by the rules that govern the spheres of the internet in order to avoid being hacked, I also have a pdf of them securely safe.

1. DO YOU KNOW EACH OF THESE KEYS FUNCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS?

Yes I know them all, from the article from @cryptokannon have been able to understand each and every key and its functions and these are the keys below

POSTING KEY: This key is used to login into steemit in order to perform social actions such as posting, commenting, reestiming and voting.

MEMO KEY: This is used for encrypting and decrypting private transfer memos.

ACTIVE KEY: This key is used for transferring tokens from one steem account to another, it is also used for powering steem up and powering steem down. This key is used to market steems and SBD and also in exchanging SBD and steems.

PUBLIC KEY: This key is used to go through transactions

MASTER KEY: This key is the very important as it is formed from every other key, it can be used to change any other key, it is also used to recover a lost account.

N/B: All keys are very important and it should be kept safe.

1. HOW DO YOU INTEND To KEEP YOUR MASTER PASSWORD?

I have securely downloaded the pdf file of all my keys and it's been kept save.

1. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER STEEM TOKEN TO STEEM USERS?

Yes sure I know how to transfer steem token to other steem users and these are the steps below

Firstly you have to login into your steem wallet

After logging into your wallet by you right hand corner you will click on the drop down arrow beside your steem and choose transfer,

Immediately you click on transfer another pages pops out and here you input the amount of steem token you want to transfer and also input the user, when you're done you click on next.

1. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO POWER UP YOUR STEEM?

Yes I do know how to power up my steem.,here goes by following the same steps same as to transfer steem,
Then you choose power up and another page will pop up and you then input the amount of steem you want to power up and that's how it's done.

With this I hope to have deligently answered the following question from @cryptocannon and I really appreciate this great opportunity to learn more about steem.
