The Diary Game||14.04.2026|| Pahela Boishakh with my Working Day!

Happy Bangla New Year to everyone! Pohela Baishakh is the festival of Bengalis' lives. Although the holiday atmosphere was not there due to busy work, the day was spent in an atmosphere of joy and tradition.

Like every day, I woke up at 5:20 am today and started my day. After offering the holy Fajr prayer, I went to the balcony and stood. The morning sky was partly cloudy. I couldn't help but capture a scene of the soft sky peeking through the gaps in the buildings. I'm sharing the scene with you.

​Since there was no holiday, I had to be at the office at 10 am. However, despite being busy with work, the Baisakhi festival could not be missed. I organized our traditional Panta-Ilish with my colleagues right in the office. There were various delicious fillings. This lunch together during work made our day joyful and festive. Which will remain indelible in our memories until next year.

On my way back from office work, I stopped by a shop. I bought a wonderful 'Sunflower Lollipop' for my little one (I have also shared the receipt with you). The smile and excitement on her face after I handed the lollipop back home was incomparable. Seeing her joy reminded me of my own childhood; I felt like maybe I too would have found joy in such small things in my childhood.

All in all, this first Boishakh shared between the office and the family will remain indelible in my memory. Even in the midst of busyness, true happiness lies in bringing smiles to the faces of loved ones. The office and the family are an inseparable part.
