Achievement-1: My Introduction To Steemit(22-06-2026)

Hello everyone, I’m Sylverline Gogo. I hope you’re all doing great, you might be wondering about my name “Sylverline”.lol I got it from my grandma. It was her Baptist name and it means “Precious”.

I’m from Rivers State and proudly Ijaw by tribe. I’m from a family of four and I’m the first daughter, fondly called “Ada”, but I’m third in position. I have two elder brothers and a younger sister. I was born and raised in Akwa Ibom State where I had my primary and secondary education. One interesting thing about growing up in Akwa Ibom was learning the ibibio language, hospitality and been a guru in cooking their local dishes lol you bet me on that any time and anyday.i have always wanted to go to higher institutions, become a lecturer, and also a fashion designer.

But before my WAEC, my dad lost his job and we couldn’t afford school fees. I didn’t give up. I started working in a school, from being a minder to becoming a teacher. After saving up, I stopped to learn sewing. After my dad passed, we relocated back to Rivers State lol this will take a long ride it has various companies people from all works of Life,my greatest shock when we arrived is that you you can't find a bus that will take you straight to a certain location 🤣🤣you might end up entering two public buses or more depending on where you are going to eventually arrive at your location,on Sunday pitawa people don't jokes with their dresses their dress sense are usually Sharp and their food bole with fish and peppered sauce.

I have worked in different fashion houses as an assistant in 2023 I wrote my jamb lol to see how I Will perform and I did greatly finally took wrote again last year and got admitted in tho RSU to study marketing. I got to know about Steemit from my friend and secondary school mate @purpleidy23 who kept posting about microblogging and I wasn’t interested at first. One day I asked her what it was about, and after I made enquiries, I decided to join.

I'm a fashionista to the core and that's what completes me and I see it beyond just a hobby. As a fashionable person, I'll be bringing lots of my designs your way and also talk about my everyday life.
