I'm feeling uneasy about the situation. If I ignore them, it will come across as though I don't care. I need to be more cautious in my approach with them.

It's an impossible job. They know that. Personally, I think that we should end the programme and let everybody fend for themselves. Let the communities decide. We waste too much time validating scammers.
