Hopefully, all of you will be good and happy. As I have completed my Achievement 1 post now I am going to make a post on the task of Achievement 2 as assigned by @vvarishayy. Today our topic of discussion is Basic security on Steemit. So there are some questions that are asked as the assignment and I will discuss all the questions one by one.

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

I have retrieved my all keys on the Steemit. Firstly, I got the master password and then I was provided with a PDF file containing different keys. I have completely saved my password file in my Gmail.I keep safe it from other people.

it is not allowed to share your password with the
third person.
master keys or owner keys are used when you change the password.

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

master password is used to recover all keys to your account. if someone has stolen your password .they can steal your account and all the tokens in it.

What are the keys for?

The keys are use for the:

posting keys

The posting key is used to post the comment, edit the post, vote on the post, follow and mute the other accounts
Most users are using the log-in account in the Steemit with the posting keys. posting keys exist the damage that account keys would cause.

Active key

The active key is also one of the most important keys. Its functions are mostly related to the Steemit Wallet. It is used to make transactions, send Steem, power up or power down, convert SBD to Steem, and other wallets.

Owner key

The owner key is the most powerful key because it changes any key in your account including the owner key. it is used to recover the account.

Memo keys

This key is used to send private messages to others that are not visible to all but it is used for send memos.

What do I do if I lost my password/keys?

There is no other way to recover the password if you lose the keys.have to save the passwords in such a place where our passwords not lost.Master password never be recovered but other keys will be recovered by the password.

4.Do you know how to transfer your Steem token to another Steem user account?

Yes, I know about this process moreever I got experience in this process.
So, let start this work.

First of all go to Steemit wallet and click the arrow of Steemit tokens. You will see the up transfer click on it.

Now, enter the username of the account where you want to transfer the Steemit.

Now click the option of next.

Now click the ok to confirm the transfer your steems.

So,this is the method to transfer the Steem token from one Steemit account to another Steemit account.

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes, I know about this process.again let start it.

First of all, go to the Steem Wallet and click on the down arrow present on the front of the STEEM token. Now, click on the Power Up option.

Now enter the amount you do want the power up . click the amount.

Now click on the OK option and your Steem will be powered up.
