I hope you all are fine. I am very glad to tell that i have completed my first 5 Achievements.Now i have to complete my achievement 6.In this achievement i will tell you about curation and Community.

VOTING AND CURATION:

The reward received by the voter is known as curation reward.If you have more Steem Power then you can give rewards.there are two arrows shown below every post.the green arrow is for upvote and the red arrow shows Downvote.

Upvote:

The green arrow indicates upvote.this means that the user gives you a positive vote.

Downvote:

The red arrow indicates that the user gives you a negative vote.the red arrow shows Downvote.

What happens if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

When we vote in a post before 5 minutes marks after posting then the curation reward will be 100% and 0% will be reward pool.

Voting Mana:

The ability of voting rewards depends on the voting mana.2% of the voting mana is deducted when we cast 100% votes on a post.and the voting mana reduces to 0%.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I will join steemit pakistan.i have also joined newcomers community, and steemit cryptoacademy.these communities helped me a lot as i am beginner here.They provide a great Source of knowledge.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

The Witnesses need votes to increase their rank and steem power.i will vote for @justyy as he is the developer of Steemyy.com . And these steem tools are helpful and are in use of my daily blogging on steemit.
