Question 1: Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Yeah Users can vote on each others' posts or posts created by themselves. There is a reward pool that rewards these users for voting on quality posts. This reward pool is fixed. Voting on quality posts earns 50% . With more SP(steem power), the rewards you distribute from the reward pool is increased. Voting depends on your Voting manna. It is set at 100% for every user. Every vote uses 2%, of which is recharged everyday by 20%. The rewards you get for voting and commenting on quality posts is called curation rewards.

Question 2: What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

In this case the curator receives 100% of the curation rewards.

Question 3: Who will you vote for Steem Witness and Why?

I would vote @justyy for witness anytime anyday. This is mainly due to the fact the he created a very important tool that helps me a lot - https://steemyy.org/

Question 4: Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I would join the following communities Steem Cameroon because i am a Cameroonian World of Football because I am a football fan Steem Africa as I want to meet other Africans like me on Steemit Newcomers' Community. This community as helped me alot since i first joined Steemit. It's from here that i learned how to use the platform. Thanks to @cryptokannon and @yohan2on for your materials on this topic which helped me complete it
