Good day Steemians, I'm gonna explain in my own understanding about plagiarism as related to our blogging and content creation.
PLAGIARISM
In this achievement 3 I can proudly say that I know how to avoid plagiarism, how to make reference or citation to sources of images or quotes that are not original from me while creating a content. I know the hardship of having steady flow of inspiration for a creative content but it shouldn't push us always to copy and even while we do that we still forget to give reference which is evil (I've been this shoes before and it made me feel worthless)

Plagiarism is the of someone's idea or content as your original work without making reference or citation to the source of your content.
When using images or contents that are not yours, please make sure you are been given permission from the creator of that content or image to use it and as well cite the source of the image or content for people to give them credit. Don't use images from the internet without references to its source(s).
There several places you can get free images on the internet, which includes:

PENALTY FOR PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism is highly prohibited in Steemit community. In as much as the community accommodates every content, when you post plagiarised content, you will be penalized for violating the copyright law.
Plagiarised posts are huge offense and will be downvoted by community members.
HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
- Confirm you have the right to use such images or content.
- Confirm that you always cite the sources of your foreign contents and images before you post.
- Don't make it a habit to copy from people's work.lern to be original so people can copy from you.
