Achievement1- My introduction to Steemit community
It is often said that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I have held this assertion as a truth and my truth for as long as I could remember. Infact I do run away from things that sounds too good. poor me!😃
But my kid sister @otydave, who just started using Steemit few weeks ago managed to persuade me otherwise. she shared with me some jawdropping but good testimonies of Steemit. Instead of running away like I normally do when things sounds that good, I rather.... Well you can complete the story. Can't you?
I go by the username @mmykel here on steemit, which is a coinage of my birth name, Mfoniso Michael. I'm a male from the peaceful city of Uyo, Akwa-Ibom state, located in the south-southern part of Nigeria.
I'm a believer, a preacher, a thinker, a teacher, a phonetics enthusiast, a crypto apprentice, a public speaker and a writer. I do call myself multifaceted. I'm interested in many things if not everything.
Travelling, reading, listening to good music and good speech are my amusement any day.
Though my kid sister tipped me on joinig Steemit, it's a good friend of mine @zellypearl who gave me a link to sign up here. Thanks to both of them
This is the first time I will be making a post here. I'm eager to find out if some part of the good news I heard about this space is true.
I'm ready to learn, unlearn and relearn from the good people here while contributing my quota for the betterment of this space and humanity as a whole.
