Hello everyone

Assalamualaikum. Today I'm gonna write my Achievement#2 i.e. Basic security on Steem.

Introduction to Steem security:
Steemit gives us full protection of our accounts. This is the most essential part of the steem. The security of its keys is very strong. Keys play a significant role in this. Therefore, any attempt to reveal, lose, or make a mistake, especially a master password or owner's key, will completely damage your account and ruin all your efforts.

Anyways, lets get started.

Question#1: Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

Yes of course I've secured all the keys in the following places:

Pdf
Gmail account
Hard drive

Question#2: Do you know each of these keys functions and restrictions?

Yes, I have seen all the details of the keys and now I know where and how to use them.
These are the following keys:

Posting key
Active key
Memo key
Owner key
Master key

Posting key:

We can say that this is the daily using key as we can post, upvote, comment and resteem posts by using posting key.
Note: It has no concern with any monetary measures.

Active key:

It plays essential role in our wallet as it is used to login our steemwallet. It helps with transferring tokens, powering up or down and transactions. Moreover, you have to use Active key to change anything on your profile.

Memo key:

It is simply used to encode and decode private information that are carried through the blockchain and its not generally used.

Owner key:

It is the powerful key as this is used to recover your account or if you want to make any changes in any of your keys you have to use owner key.

Master key:

The Master key is the father of all the keys as it can change any of the keys including the owner key. If somebody get to know about your master key he/she can get all your other keys without any difficulty.
