THE DIARY GAME: A BUSY DAY WELL SPENT ( 12/ 12 / 2025 ).
Greetings wonderful steemians, I know you all are good cause am good.
This blog is just a quick walk-through of how my day went, from waking up in the morning to a very busy day at work and finally ending the night with something simple and sweet. Let’s get down to it.
I started my day like every other, waking up early and getting ready for work. I didn’t expect too much, but the day turned out to be really busy. When I got to work, everything was already in motion. There were so many things to do, and everyone was occupied with various activities. This was because the organization was hosting three different functions all in one day.
One of the best parts of the day was when I got the chance to assist the head chef in preparing white rice and white chicken sauce. This was my first time preparing such a dish, It wasn’t just fun — it was also inspiring. The chef demonstrated somethings and I followed in sequence. I helped in cutting the veggies, chicken and prepping other ingredients used for the meal.Watching how carefully the chef did everything made me more interested in the process. I was happy to be part of it. That’s one meal into my food menu.
Because the day was so packed, I ended up getting really tired. At some point, I had to take a short break to rest, and that turned into a quick nap. My colleagues took advantage of the opportunity and took a picture of me😂. I didn’t even realize how much I needed that sleep until I woke up feeling a little better. Although I wasn’t supposed to be sleeping on duty but I couldn’t help it.
After work, I went home and rested for a while. By the time I got up, it was already late, and I didn’t have the strength to cook anything serious. So I decided to make pancakes for dinner and it came out nice and sweet.
