Greetings dear steemians friends, delighted to be with you again, in this opportunity to share my task of Achievement 6, with which I culminate this wonderful training program on the steemit platform.

1. Do you understand how voting and healing work in Steemit?

The Steemit platform is a social network that works under the blockchain system, where the main objective is the creation of content and whose only requirement is that it be original and of good quality, for which the user receives in exchange the payment rewards whose payment materializes after 7 days.

If the content created is of quality, and is also original, that is, it does not come from plagiarism, the chances of obtaining greater rewards will increase.

The ways in which a user can get rewards on the steemit platform are, through the creation of content or author rewards, comments issued to posts created by other users and rewards for curation.

The way to support or approve a content for the user to get the author rewards and comments, is through the vote in favor, which is equivalent to the like of other social networks, on the other hand, when the content is not to the liking of the users or comes from plagiarism, it can be punished with the vote against would be the equivalent of the dislike.

The rewards for curation are those that are obtained when a user votes for the publications of other users, the more votes the publication obtains, the greater the rewards obtained and therefore the greater the rewards for curation.

Of the total rewards obtained for a publication, 50% of the amount is received by the author and the other 50% will be divided among the curators or users who voted for said publication.

When a vote is cast, power voting decreases 2%, and it is renewed 20% daily, which is why when we are new users and it does not exceed 500SP, we can vote up to 10 times at 100%.

2. What happens if you vote for a post within 5 minutes of posting?

At the time of voting it is necessary for the user to review the date on which the publication was created, this because, if a publication is voted for before five minutes of creation, the user will not receive 100% of what corresponds by curation, receives only a fraction of the amount, that is, that if the publication does not have 5 minutes of creation the curator only receives 20% for each minute elapsed and the rest returns to the reward group. After 05 minutes the user does receive 100% of the healing.

3. Who will Steem Witness vote for? And why?

In the steemit platform, the main objective is the creation of blocks through the creation of content, for the generation of the steem cryptocurrency, where the work done by the witnesses plays a primary role.

In my opinion, I would vote for witnesses who demonstrate that they are committed to the steemit platform and the steem ecosystem, who have time registered as users and using steemit, and also evaluate it based on their contributions in the development of tools or applications useful for the development of users on the steemit platform, that's why I voted for @steemchiller, creator of the steemworld.org tool; I also voted for @justyy creator of steemyy.com; by @futureshock creator of steemscan.com; as well as communities such as @xpilar.witness creator of the world of xpilar community, from which I am subscribed and publish regularly.

4. Which community will you join in Steemit and why?

In the steemit platform there is a great diversity of communities, where we can participate in the different dynamics and contests, interact by voting, commenting, in addition to creating publications according to our interests or areas of performance on a personal and professional level.

I have particularly joined several communities on the platform, selecting the ones I consider related to me according to my interests, where I feel good publishing, based on the program of operation of the community.
