yes, correct, if you're newcomers coming to Steemit from the year of 2020-recent and have received your Pro Newcomers Verified title in this community, with a reputation account at minimum 58 and your own Steem Power of over 100 SP (steem power delegated to you not included) you are eligible to apply.

Straight to your question @rubilu123, it could be that @cryptokannon is busy with steem duties to reply. However, achivement 2:6 sound so silent but could be of an additional reward if @steemcurator03 and @steemcurator01 saw that you have really perform your all achievement step to step recognition to steem platform. The achievement if done right will give you room to answer some newbies question just incase any newbie throw one question at you about steem ecosystem.
In judgement, what they actually need is reputation and steem power. So @rubilu123 you are good to go if you have the needed requirements reputation and steem power.
The room is open just incase you have reputation and steem power.
