I'm a new user to this great platform which is huge. I have complited 1 to 5.4 Achievement to Newcommer's Community . Today I will try to complete my last task Achievement-6. Which is "CURATION AND COMMUNITY".

Let's start.

Q1: Do you understand how voting and curation can work in steemit?

Yes, I understand both very well. I also know how voting and curation work in steemit.

Voting

There are two main types of voting. That is up voting and down voting. One user can vote for another user or even the content itself. If you have a lot of steam power, it will be useful, otherwise it doesn't matter. You can also vote on the comments. When you like someone's post very much, you will vote for that post. When you don't like someone's or find plagiarized content in it, you will downvote for that post.

Curation

When you vote for someone's blog or post and the prize they receive and after payment, the prize is distributed which is called curation. When you cast 100% votes on a post, the voting power automatically decreases by 2% per vote, which means you can vote on 10 posts every day. 2 × 20 = 20 decreases. It will automatically recharge 20% in a day. When an author posts on the steemit platform, within 7 days the payment for the post and the prize are divided between both the author and the curators ratio. 50% to 50% ie 1:1.

Q2: What happens if you vote for a post before the 5 minute mark?

Curator's 50% reward can be calculated within the first five minutes after posting, with a certain percentage remaining with the curator and the remaining percentage remaining in the prize pool.

One minute calculation.

20 the prize goes to the curator and 80 the prize is left in the pool.

Calculation within 2 minutes.

40 rewards go to the curator and 60 rewards are left in the prize pool.

Calculation within 3 minutes.

60% goes to the prize curator and 40% stays in the prize pool.

Calculation within 4 minutes.

80 the prizes go to the curator and 20 the prizes remain in the pool.

Calculation within 5 minutes.

100% prizes go to the curator.

Q3: Who should you vote for Steem Witness? And why should you give?

Since I joined Steemit as you are very well aware of this platform I have made the most use of Steemworld.org in which you can get the full details of your account which is 1 week to 1 month's worth of information. And special thanks to @steemchiller for taking up . This tool helps us a lot. Another @justyy he also made an amazing tool steemyy.com which has many features. I have used it a lot. So I would like to vote for them because it is for our help. We use them well.

Q4: What community will you join in steemit , and why?

There are many communities on the Steem platform but I joined some of them.

This is specially for the New Users.

In this community we first introduce ourselves so that you can achieve the first Achievement and then you have some of the rules that you follow and in addition there are tools that we use to work on steemit.
In it we can learn a lot about working on steemit, how we can use it and there are tools created for each one that you can use to get to know them better.

That's why I subscribed to this community

2: STEEMIT PAKISTAN ( Active User)

(Official My Country Community)

This community is my pakistan committee i am a resident of it and so i am proud that its name is included and i have joined it because i live in pakistan and you have not posted here I will do so so that I can know more about Pakistan and so that this community and its members can develop.

I pay tribute to the youth of our country who are running this community, they are doing very well and they have made our country famous.

I do most of my posts in such a community because I love my country so vote in it and my member definitely help me.
I have joined it for the love of my country.I am proud to work here because I should have more opportunity to do such work for my great country so I promote this community as much as possible.

3: Steem Lover (Greeter, Admin)

I've built this community myself. A few months ago I was running it better and so I'm trying to make it better.

So far this committee has not felt any rigid facility but soon we understand that it will also boost the committee and we are working for it. We are increasing the number of our members and our community.

4: Steemit Nursery (Toddler/April 2021)

This is a very large community. I have posted a lot in this committee and I will try harder so they have given me a label as you can see in the title.
Here I show them my daily diary as well as photography and lots of other activities.
So I joined this community because everyone here is thriving and everyone is working their way up. There are a lot of members here for support.

5: Stars (Official star's community member)

I just posted my food in this committee and they gave me a label, so I liked this committee so I am running it too so that we can get maximum promotion and move forward.

Oher Many Community Joined

I would also like to tell you that I have joined many other communities.And I'm working on them in a much better way.
And insha'Allah I will try to make every community get maximum promotion and get maximum access from my posting.

This is my achievement 6 task of Understanding Curation and Community.
