Hey Guys, I am Shubham Singh from India and this is my second achievement task as I have already done my first task of achievement 1. I need your support for growth on this platform and in advance I would like to thank all the people who commented on my last post.

After reading the lesson about the keys and privacy given by our fellow Steemian @cryptokannon I now understand the importance of all the keys of this platform and I am ready to answer all the questions given on this achievement task so here I follow all the questions

Q1: Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

Obviously I have retrieved all the keys of steemit and kept it very safely in my phone and even in my computer as I don't have a lappy . The reason behind keeping all the keys safely is once we lose our keys we cannot get it back and so it is advised to keep the keys safely.

Q 2: Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

By going through the post given by cryptokanon I have read about the functions and restrictions of all the keys and one by one I will be giving the functions of each key:

Active Key: active Key is one of the main key and without this key one cannot recover the funds as functions like powering up, powering down transferring the steem, is done with the help of this key and one can also vote the witness with active key.

Posting Key: the function of posting key is also another important function as for daily blogging, commenting , upvoting and down voting posting key is required . Even to edit a post or resteeming is done with the help of this key.

Memo Key: for encryption and decryption of memos at the time of transferring the funds memokey is used.

Owner Key : if one wants to change their password with the help of owner Key they can. So basically Owner Key is the important of all keys as in the time of account recovery this key is useful as one can reset the password with this key.

Q3 How do you plan to keep your master password?

I have kept my master password written down on a piece of paper kept at my wallet and I have also saved my master password in soft and hard copy of my computer. In my phone I have kept my master password in a PDF form as I know that once this password is lost my account will be stolen.

Question 4: Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Obviously I know how to transfer my Steems to other users account as my friend sikha who invited me have taught me the same and I am now going to show it step by step below

Process 1

With the help of active I will login to my steemit wallet and then I will move in to the section of steems which is liquid steems in my account

Second Process
Click on the option of transfer and then select the username to which one has to transfer the steem enter the amount of steems you want to transfer

Final process

Once you select the username and amount then click on the next and finally click on okay for transferring the fund. Now your funds are finally transferred to other steemian

(click on ok)

The Steems are finally transferred now.

Question 5: Do you know how to power up your STEEM??

Yes I know the process of powering up the steems and definitely I will be answering this question based on my knowledge of powering up.

All we have to do is go to the wallet and select the option of powering up of the liquid steems.

Next is entering the amount of steems one wants to power up and then click on the powerup icon as shown below

Last step is select ok and finally your steems will be powdered up with few seconds as shown below :

Finally my steems are powered up now.

Based on the knowledge I gained from cryptokanon's post of security of keys I answered the questions asked for achievement2
