I'm so happy to be here again and I'm still in the process of completing my achievement task, special thanks to @steemcurator03, @belenguerra, @whitestallion, @cryptokannon, @inspiracion, etc for helping me out to accomplish my previous achievements.

CURRENT STEEM PRICE AND VOLUME

As at the time I log in to steemscan.com, the current prices and volume of steem was Height: 52,627,497. Supply: 380,556,348 Steem / 6,682,380SBD.

The prices and the volumes of steem keep changing with time, but my observation is that the price of steem keeps increasing. The chart explains more prices and volume of steem with time. You can filter it to show the daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly prices of steem.

INFORMATION SHOWN UNDER LATEST TRANSACTIONS

Just as the name implies, the latest transactions show the latest happenings on steem blockchain, it shows everything on steem blockcahain such as votes, comments, following, reblog, comment, transfer, claimed reward, etc.

LATEST BLOCK SECTIONS

The latest block section equally displays all he block transactions. It includes the Transaction ID, Height, timestamp, Block transactions which display the total number of block transactions for ID. It also shows the person who mined the transactions.

INFORMATION UNDER WITNESS

Witness section shows total witness, total mined, Last block height, Transaction count and current witness. It also display all the active witness with their ranks, approval, status, version last mined missed, price feed, reg fee, and vote.

HOW TO VOTE A WITNESS

Get to witness tab on steemscan.com, get to the active section and under it display all the active witness.

Towards the right-hand side, you will see Vote click on it and it will take you to vote witness confirmation page, click on continue and it will open another page, fill in your user name and private posting key then click on get started.

You will need to approve your witness vote and boom your transaction is confirmed. Click on it and it will take you to confirmation page.

WHAT IS DAppS

"Decentralized applications (dApps) are digital applications or programs that exist and run on a blockchain or P2P network of computers instead of a single computer, and are outside the purview and control of a single authority." ^Source

Though I'm new to this platform, I haven't used any DApps yet since I'm on this platform already, I will use SBD, and I intend to use Ethereum and bitcoin in the future

HOW TO USE QUICK CONVERT

Quick convert is a very important tool that is used to convert steem to another cryptocurrency
To do this, simply go to Quick Convert Tab, Put in the amount of steem you want to convert, choose a currency you want to convert to, then put in your withdrawal address and click on create order. Confirm the order by signing in with your Active key, Then wait for your order to be confirmed.

Converting steem to other cryptocurrencies has a fixed services fees charged on the later cryptocurrencies. it is otherwise known as transaction fee, and it varies in other cryptocurrencies. for instance it is relatively higher in BTC and USDT than in TRX .

SEARCH FEATURE

The search feature is another important tool on steemscan that enables the user to seach for any type of transaction on steem, a user can also filter the search to view a specific type of account, different dates of transactions.
