WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

PLAGIARISM is the act of using another person's work,it can be images, art or story form without giving an acknowledgment, or credit to them. or to the right origin.

Plagiarism is the Republication of another author's vocabulary, impressions, notions, or expressions as one's own original work.

However, Plagiarism is considered a violation of academic integrity, plagiarism can be purposeful or unintentional.

Types of Plagiarism, How To Avoid plagiarism And Consequences Of Plagiarism

but I will only explain five to you guys and it's essential to check plagiarism online and to avoid it.

• TYPES OF PLAGIARISM

1. Direct plagiarism:
   Is when a plagiarist change the sentence or renew some of the phrases with his/her own. This is the most commonly crime plagiarism

2. Global plagiarism:
   Global plagiarism means adopting another author work and expressing it to be yours.

3. Word-for-word Plagiarism:
   This means copy & paste. Copying someone else work directly without reference

4. Mosaic Plagiarism:
   Mosaic plagiarism means when an author copy stories,articles or ideas from different sources and establishing them together to form a sentence or text. This involves reproducting text while still using the same meaning of the exact phrases and structure as the original owners

• CONSEQUENCES OF PLAGIARISM

1. Plagiarism brings out the wrongest in people
2. plagiarism influences writers
3. Plagiarist fraud the readers mind
4. Plagiarism violates authors prospective
5. plagiarism destroy reputation

• HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM TO AVOID

• make sure to cite the sources to it origin

• Constant use of plagiarism checker so as to enable your work free from plagiarism

• make sure to include quotation in your work

• preventing your own ideas always
