Achievement 2 on Basic security in steemit by @utyalves

Hello Steemians, really glad my Achievement 1 was a success. Here is my Achievement 2 on Basic security.

Question 1
Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes I did retrieve all my keys immediately after a successful registration on steemit.

Question2
Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes I have gotten a clear understanding of their functions.

Basically, we have the Master password which is like the most important of all keys because it helps retrieve all the other keys Incase of a password recovery situation. I understand if it is lost or exposed, it has great consequences.

We have the Memo key used to encrypt and decrypt memo when transferring funds . You use the pound/# sign before it in order to encrypt a memo.

We have the Active key which I understand is used for more sensitive tasks such as powering up and powering down, voting for witnesses, transferring funds, converting steem dollars, placing a market order and updating profile details and avatar.

We have the posting key which is to me the most oftentimes used key because you need it every time you logging in, make a post, upvote, comment, resteem, edit, follow or mute.

We have the Owner key which rarely used and only when necessary. It is termed as the most powerful key because it can change any key. It is to be stored offline and only used to restore a compromised account.

Question 3
How do you plan to keep your master password?

I have a saved PDF file containing my master password, I have my master password saved in my email aswell and I also have it written down on a hardcopy.

Question 4
Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Yes I do. I'll drop some screenshots from my account on the steps to transfer steem token to another steem user account below...

Step 1

I located my wallet on my profile and as the screenshot explains, I clicked on the drop-down arrow on STEEM(where the arrow is pointed)

Step 2

A small layout pops up, and I click on transfer

Step 3

Takes me to a new layout where I fill in the user's name and amount I'm transferring.
I click on Next and Confirm

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes I do. I'll drop the guidelines with some screenshots from my account below.

Step 1

Powering up is almost the same steps as transferring steem to a fellow steem user but a little difference so you follow the same steps till you get to this spot here in the picture above. This time, you click on Power up

Step 2

A layout pops up as usual and you fill the form by inputting the amount of steem you want to power up,click on the power up button below to approve and then click on Ok to confirm.
