We have limited access to WhatApp, only messages, no calls or videos. That's about it. All other apps are blocked, even facetime. :(

We are all learning, I was completely unaware that neither Discord nor Telegram worked in Dubay, but as Franyeli says, it would be good to know that it does work to communicate.
We have access to all social networks but video call and chat platforms as mostly blocked. Only recently they allowed the use of VPN, with I use to get on Steemit most of the time for the platform to work better.
