I agree with @michelangelo3 we never received fat upvotes for being a newbie. I have seen and see the worst posts receiving the biggest upvotes, AI written text included.

A small group will get rich uf they find the way amd know the right people even if they only post once per month, never comment or reply.

It's like @weisser-rabe says not different fromthe real world.

How much future one will have by being here or the platform itself depends on the own attitude and the never ending farming. The pool of rewards candry up and the last ones who will feel that in their walkets are for sure not those receiving fat rewards.
But hey, it can be that the rewards received in dollars, euro or different valuta given to others just by meeting through commenting is 50x higher than the upvotes you will ever receive.

What I learnt is that it's impossible to fight greed. (the more you have the more you want) and if you don't get on your knees and kiss feet you will never receive a big upvote.
