Die Stände, die Gestaltung und das ganze Ambiente wirkten, als hätte man die moderne Welt für ein paar Stunden ausgeblendet. Zwischen den liebevoll aufgebauten Marktbuden, den historischen Eindrücken und der ganz eigenen Atmosphäre konnte man wunderbar abschalten und einfach nur genießen.

Gerade zu Ostern passte diese Kulisse für mich perfekt. Der Frühling lag in der Luft, überall waren Menschen unterwegs, und dennoch hatte dieser Markt etwas uriges und fast schon beruhigendes. Es war nicht nur ein Besuch auf einem Markt, sondern eher ein kleiner Ausflug in die Vergangenheit. Genau solche Momente sind es, die für mich einen Ausflug besonders machen, weil sie nicht alltäglich sind und länger in Erinnerung bleiben.

Ich mag solche Veranstaltungen, bei denen man nicht nur von Stand zu Stand geht, sondern auch das Gefühl bekommt, Teil einer besonderen Stimmung zu sein. Leipzig hat mit diesem mittelalterlichen Ostermarkt wirklich etwas geschaffen, das hervorragend zur Osterzeit passt. Leipzig truly created something with this medieval Easter market that fits wonderfully into the Easter season. Between the colorful activity, the historical impressions, and the spring mood, it became a combination that I enjoyed very much.
