Is Ulogs an actual platform? Is it a Steemit competitor? Just two questions I'm mostly interested in being answered.
Yes it will be. It is still building but offline for a period. It is build on steem, the steem blockchain so it isn’t competing with steem. It is powered by steem. Steem blockchain has many dapps on it e.g d.tube, appics etc. they all publish to the steem blockchain. So any publication on these interfaces still show up on steemit to be rewarded in steem. This contest isn’t about the ulogs interface. It is about a community on steem called ulogs, where you can post ulogs to.
