Introduction

Welcome to another new day in the month of December, this is the 14th workout challenge brought to you this Monday morning.

We greatly appreciate all your efforts to participate in our programs. Thank you. But we are just beginning, yes because we have so much good to offer, your fitness is our priority. Therefore we urge you to keep working out with #steemfitnesshub, show your loyalty and consistency. It'll serve all of us well at the end of the day.

Today we are going to screw the Cork together. As we do, we strengthen our core, stabilize our shoulders and much more. What if you are experiencing lower back pain? Then get set for Corkscrew workout challenge, no doubt your pain will ease off thereafter. That belly fats must be completely burned out through your consistently following up on all #steemfitnesshub instructors' coaching.

How many repeats and rounds is encouraging for you? Depending on your agility, but Steemfitnesshub Instructor01 is ready to take you through the process. He will instruct on the proper style, position as well as the number of times adequate for this workout.
