Introduction
Hello great people, lovers of fitness and overall wellbeing. It's a beautiful morning at this time and we are all welcome to enjoy our Thursday morning workout challenge No 8. We are still coaching on how to build our triceps using dumbbells.
We have so far covered dumbbell shoulder press and dumbbell fly which have helped trainees to strengthen their shoulders and some parts of the triceps.
Today, we continue with triceps building of muscles that will help everyone, ladies with busty arms will benefit the more because it'll help to burn that fatty area under the arms. This is really awesome!
Suppose you don't have a dumbbell at home? Should that hinder you from participating? Not at all. The two dumbbells used for this training are 6kg each, this means you can find a 6kg water gallon and fill it with water. That can serve you for a dumbbell. All we want is for everyone to join in this exercise.
Does it frightens you? Don't worry you will love the pattern of training. Above all, #steemfitnesshub want us all to remain active and agile emotionally, physically and mentally as well as spiritually healthy while Steeming.
Our coaching is very effective in building muscles and are presented in such a way you can follow through. We said our programs are instructional instead of demonstrational only so that makes it more enjoyable.

Today's workout challenge was instructed by our refined trainer @jespy, Instructor02. In the video, he explained the body parts the program works on as well as the benefits to derive by practicing it. His coaching is very understandable and clear as there's no ambiguous words used Therefore do not hesitate to watch the video attentively and of course several times with keen interest. Thereafter, practice your own workout and present it in a post. We will be glad to see it and also support you with our resources.
