SLC30-W2 | “Potato Magic Challenge” : Potato Curry – Alur Torkari

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today is the start of the week of Season 30, in which we have to make potato curry, so let's move on to the main process to make it.

Ingredients:

First of all, let's talk about the ingredients with which we have to prepare this recipe. Below are the names and quantities of all the ingredients with which we have to prepare this recipe.

Process:

Step 01

Now let's move on to our main process. The first step in the main process is that we have to take any vessel, place it on the stove, and add oil to it as required, and after that, we have to add black cumin seeds to it. After adding one spoon of them, mix well, and the oil will get hot, and the cumin seeds will cook in it.

Step 02

When the oil is hot, add two green chilies to the oil, which can also be red. The advantage of using red chilies is that they will look beautiful. After that, we add the chopped potatoes and fry them well.

Step 03

Similarly, we have to add salt to it according to taste. You can add all the salt at once because later, when we have to cook it, we will need a little while to do so. But here I am only using salt according to taste, and I am also adding half a teaspoon of turmeric.

Step 04

After frying the potatoes, we have to take them out separately and then add a little oil again, and in this oil, first we have added the onions, which we have already cut, then we have to add a spoon of ginger paste, and similarly we have to add a tomato paste in it. After adding these things, we have to mix them well.

Step 05

Now we have to add all the spices that we have discussed in the ingredients above. You can mix all the things and add them, or you can add them individually. So I put all the spices in a pan and added them to it. After adding them, I cooked them well.

Step 06

Now we have to take the potatoes that we fried and kept aside, and add them to the prepared spices. After adding them, we have to cook them together well and add as much water as we want.

Write your username, recipe name, and date on a piece of paper. And present the recipe beautifully.

This is how our beautiful potato recipe will be ready. After the recipe is ready, we will use green coriander to decorate it beautifully. We will cut its leaves and garnish it on top.
