Task 1 (0/1.5)I didn't ask for your pain or it's history in first question you have to share about swelling, it's symptoms, types and pathophysiology.
Task 2 (2/2.5)That's good you have no patient around but you have to a recent injury of your hand to share with us. But it would be better to share brief and concise history. Because I didn't ask for the explanation just 1 to 2 paragraph and it's enough for task 2. It would be better if you guess the type of swelling in your wrist.
Task 3 (4.5/6)That's good you follow 2 protocol to reduce your pain and swelling. But I would suggest you to apply ice for 10 minutes at least because in video you did for one or 2 seconds. Rest is the much-needed thing after an ankle sprain; immediate icing can reduce the internal bleeding and prevent further swelling. I appreciate that you follow all the things.
