Preparation method


Step One

Wash the potatoes well, cut them in half and boil them in hot water. After boiling for a while, peel them well and keep them in a bowl. Then mix the potatoes in the form of a paste.

Then mix this paste with salt, turmeric, onion and masala paste. After mixing them well, keep them aside.

Step Two

Take some flour, add onion paste and turmeric powder and mix it well with water. It will be with the girl for a while until it becomes liquid like water. Once it becomes liquid, it should be kept in one place.

Step Three

Now you have to first take the light filling and make some parts into round balls and then flatten them. In this way, you have to make the whole light filling into small pieces like a chapati. Then dip the flat part of this potato in the flour where it was first rolled and coat it well with flour. Leave them here once.

Step Four

Then you have to add some oil to the curry. Heat the oil a little. Then take the parts that you have dipped in the flour one by one and leave them in this oil. Then you have to let it rest well because it will take a while for the flour to set and let it harden well on the bottom.

Step Five

After this, if you think that your part is well fried or hard, then you turn it upside down so that it will be well fried on both sides and the inside will also be fried. If you want, you can turn it upside down and fry it well twice.

Step Six

When it is well fried, do you have to lift it nicely in the bowl? Sometimes it sticks together, so if it sticks, then you can lift it a little bit and make it beautiful. Here I lifted it like this.

Here I took a little help from my mother, she told me the quantity, so it was very easy for me to make it. Especially when frying them, be very careful because if you keep them for too long instead of keeping them well, they can burn. I also had a lot of them flying, so I have to make them with a little caution.

Since it was Ramadan time, we were all sitting togather for Iftar. And everyone said that the first time it went really well but it was not very good. Because it was my cooking and here I could not understand how the voice would taste, so if it was a little bit different, it was suitable for eating. And everyone praised it.
