Life abroad: Duty on a rainy day

Expatriate life means that you have to perform duty in exchange for any amount of money. This morning I woke up and saw that the situation was not good, it was raining heavily and at this moment I have to go to duty. If I were at home, I would have been sleeping on such a day.
